Quiet Waters helps women move from constant pressure toward greater clarity, healthier boundaries, and more room for rest, prayer, and restoration.

Through compassionate conversation, the S.T.I.L.L. Method, and practical reflection, you will explore what is weighing on you and practice choices that support a steadier daily life.

Duration & support

Eight weeks of supported practice.

Weekly 60-minute, one-to-one virtual coaching with Coach Jacquie.
Faith-centered reflection, practical peace practices, and the S.T.I.L.L. Method.
Portal dashboard, digital coaching toolkit, weekly check-ins, and the Mind–Heart Impact Map™.
Two email support messages during the program; coaching support hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2–4 p.m. MST.
A 30-day Walk in Peace Plan to support your next steps after the program.

Complete the Coaching Readiness Intake.

Follow the intake instructions. If you are eligible for Lodestar coaching, you will be directed to the Seasonal Coaching Match for a best-match package Lodestar offers.

If you do not understand life coaching or you want more clarity about Lodestar, you will be directed to No. 2 to schedule an Online Discovery Call. If Lodestar life coaching is not in your season or you are not ready for life coaching at the time of intake, you will be directed to our referral resources pathway page.

During the readiness intake process if you are unsure or you have questions you will be directed to schedule a clarity call to discuss your needs with Coach Jacquie and explore whether Quiet Waters is the right fit.

After the discovery call, if it is decided you are eligible for Lodestar life coaching, you will be ready to move forward with the Quiet Waters coaching package or select a different Lodestar coaching package more fitting for your season. Coach Jacquie will send you the links by email and you will follow the instructions in No. 3 to pay for the coaching package before you receive the Private Client Gateway link to enroll/onboard your selected coaching program.

If you are eligible for Lodestar coaching your next steps will be:

Pay for your coaching package.
You will receive a welcome email with onboarding instructions.
Within 24-48 business hours after your purchase, you will receive links to your Private Client Gateway Page to access your Start Here Page and your Quiet Waters Client Portal Dashboard.
Follow the instructions in your Start Here Page signing all required documents, including the coach-client agreement in the onboarding welcome materials to establish the coach-client relationship.
You will need to schedule your first coaching session and start your journey.
